The PI5A4xxx family of analog switches features chip scale packaging (CSP), making them suitable for mobile terminal applications. Housed in 2 mm x 1.5 mm x 0.6 mm CSPs, the dual SPDT and SP3T CMOS switches operate from 1.65V to 5.5V supplies and exhibit an on resistance of 0.5Ω. The family contains four members: the PI5A4684 SPDT, 2:1 mux/demux; PI5A4765 SPDT, audio click-less, 2:1 mux/demux; PI5A4764 SPDT, audio click-less 2:1 mux/demux with shunt switches; and the PI5A4213 SP3T 3:1 mux/demux. Shared features include break-before-make switching, on-chip comparator, an isolation of -42 dB to -53 dB, and a temperature range from -40°C to +85°C. PERICOM SEMICONDUCTOR CORP., San Jose, CA.
