Digital Converters Eye Signal Processing Apps

Providing the vital link between data converters and digital signal processors (DSPs), the VersaCOMM family of re-configurable digital converters perform digital filtering and frequency conversion for high-speed signal processing applications. Designed for compatibility with a/d converters and d/a converters, the devices are well suited for macro-, micro-, and pico-cellular base station designs, and are field-reconfigurable for multi-standard signals including 2G and 3G cellular standards.
Other applications include cellular E911 location services, wireless local loop, phased array antennas, digital video, communications test equipment, and ultrasound applications. The family includes eight products: three digital receive signal processors, two digital transmit signal processors, and three quadrature digital upconversion/modulators.
