Targeting high-performance multimedia applications, the company's NAND flash software promises to simplify platform design by quickly adapting its 16-Gb NAND flash memory to mobile products with large storage needs. The software, with accompanying transactional file system, supports all system performance requirements of the company's 16-Gb NAND. It is ready for use with the ATJ213X chipset from Actions Semiconductors, a 32-bit RISC and 24-bit DSP-based system on chip.
