Ogling precision instrumentation applications, the company's latest high frequency, low-charge-injection analog multiplexers and switches come in leadless 1.8 mm x 2.6 mm miniQFN packages as well standard TSSOPs and SOICs. The four analog multiplexers and four analog switches specify a charge injection from 0.5 pC to 1 pC, switching capacitances of 2 pF and 3 pF, leakage currents from 0.25 nA to 5 nA, and typical on-resistances from 66 to 72 Ohms. The multiplexers consist of the four-channel DG604, dual four-channel DG4052A, eight-channel DG4051A, and the triple two-channel DG4053A. Analog switches include the quad SPST DG611A, DG612A, and DG613A, and the DG636, which can perform as a dual SPDT analog switch or dual 2:1 multiplexer. All eight devices operate from a 2.7V to 12V single supply or from ±2.5V to ±5.0V dual supplies. All control logic inputs guarantee 2V logic high limits when operating from 5V or ±5V supplies and are low-voltage logic compatible when operating from a 3V supply. Prices range from $0.75 to $0.85 each/1,000. VISHAY INTERTECHNOLOGY INC., Malvern, PA. (408) 567-8347.
