Deemed highly cost effective, the ST7FOX series eight-bit, flash microcontrollers (MCUs) includes devices with 2 KB to 8 KB of flash memory and with eight to 32 pins. The devices achieve a low unit cost via a simplified feature set. They operate at on a 5V power supply and include a RC oscillator, which users can calibrate within the application.
