The device (CY7C68013A) integrates an 8051 microprocessor, a serial-interface engine, USB 2.0 transceiver, FIFO, and a general programmable interface. Features include a data rate of 480 Mb/s, 16 KB of RAM, and up to 40 programmable I/Os. Available in 100- and 128-pin TQFP and 56-pin QFN and SSOP packages, pricing starts at $8.95 each/10,000.
