Designed for battery-powered products, the Custom-Touch ASAP line of low-voltage compilers for embedded memories operate at 1.2V and are also functional down to 0.9V. The device incorporates the company's TimeKeeper technology, a reference timing circuit that gates the control signals to the sense amplifiers and ensures that the timing paths operate accurately under all conditions.
