Optimized for automation and military applications, the Barracuda workstation family is described as the industry’s lightest, most powerful, and versatile Human Machine Interface (HMI) family of products. The Barracuda workstation is available now with a touch-screen, and a stand-alone display model is on the near horizon. The sunlight-readable, 15" display operates in temperatures from 0°C to +50°C with an option for an extended range from -30°C to +50°C. Optional water- and dust-tight circular military-rated connectors allow for harsh environment connectivity. The Barracuda is available in two configurations: the DS offers a full military-hardened Mil-Std 810F and IP65-compliant daylight-readable touch-screen display and the WS employs a Pentium M processor workstation that offers a removable hard drive or compact flash.
