The Z8E000 8-bit microcontroller offers 512 bytes of one-time-programmable memory, 32 bytes of register file RAM, a 16-bit timer, and a watchdog timer. Applications include sensors, battery chargers, switches, motor controls, handheld meters, thermostats, power supplies, smoke detectors, toys, air flow control, clocks, lamp dimmers, robotics, motion detectors, displays and scales. The Z81CE000ZEM real-time, in-circuit emulator includes the programmer, assembler and GUI software.
