Low-Cost Bench Scope Includes Logic Analyzer

The MSO5022 25-MHz, two-channel benchtop mixed-signal oscilloscope with an eight-bit resolution also packs a 16- channel logic analyzer. Features include a USB connection, 7.8" 640 x 480 color LCD, buffer size of 4 Msamples, time-base range of 5 ns/div -5s/div, synchronous eight-bit sampling on both channels, and a sensitivity range of 5 mV/div to 5V/div with a maximum display of ±50V. Signal triggering options include auto, normal, single, edge, video, and alternate. In a 14.5" x 7" x 5.3" case, instrument consumes less than 15W and weighs less than 2 pounds. The 16-channel logic analyzer samples at 100 MHz and pre-/mid-/re-triggers on bus and state signature as well as data width and offers data search capabilities.
