The MCRT 48200V series digital torque meters provide full-scale ranges from 2.82 Nm to 1,130 Nm and deliver analog outputs of ±10V or ±5V and digital data via a resident serial port. Two accuracy grades are available: 0.2% and 0.15%. The torque transducers have no pots or switches and do not require manual adjustments. Calibration values, scaling, and units of measure are stored in nonvolatile memory and automatically load on power up. Internal signal processing is accurate to 14 bits. Users can select from any of ten supported units of measure without recalibration. Other features include inherent noise tolerance, high overload capacity, high over range, NIST traceable bi-directional calibration, selectable signal filters, and PC interface software. The software displays current, peak, valley, and spread data, plus it classifies limits and performs real time plotting. S. HIMMELSTEIN & CO., Hoffman Estates, IL. (847) 843-3300.
