Medical imaging, CAD/CAM, industrial automation, and other rugged applications are the main markets for ADM-1520, a NEMA 4-compliant, 20.1" flat-panel display. Based on Fujitsu’s multi-domain vertical alignment (MVA) active-matrix technology, the LCD boasts of a viewing angle of up to 170° without grayscale inversion or color distortion. With MVA, the display can be calibrated accurately for professional color matching, as well as to achieve crisp images such as are needed in medical applications. The ADM-1520 has a response time of 25 ms for sharp delineation of quick moving images without ghosting. It also has an ultra-high, 1,600 x 1,200-pixel resolution and can display 16.77 million colors. Brightness is 250 nits and contrast ratio is 500 to 1.
