Housing RF and IR remote control systems, the SNAP series cases consist of three parts: the top, base moldings, and a clip-on battery compartment lid. The battery compartment supports a 9V cell. The cases assemble via a single self-tapping screw, and mounting studs are provided in the top molding for fitting the PCB. External case dimensions are 3.23" x 2.36" x 0.98", and the cases are molded in light gray or black ABS (UL 94 HB).
