A surface-mount white LED with a built-in reflector, the AA3528MWC produces high-intensity output at a drive current of 20 mA, while providing a viewing angle of 120°. The single-chip LED, which measures 3.0 by 2.8 mm, is intended to serve as backlighting for a liquid crystal display or status indicator. In addition to its single-chip configuration, the AA3528MWC is available in both dual-chip and right-angle variations.
