The MSP 46xyK family of television audio processors are available with PWM audio outputs, allowing them to interface with switched-mode Class D audio amplifiers. Said to be particularly advantageous in LCD and plasma display designs, users will be able create both flatter and more cost-effective displays. The PWM technology is designed to work with many manufacturers’ class D power amplifiers and is available in the MSP 46xyK family license free.
