DC Supply Delivers 50V At 5A

June 1, 1999

With energy saving circuits for cooler, more reliable operation, Model 5050S is a 50 vdc, 0A to 5A output power supply for use in lab and industrial settings. The supply also offers short-circuit and overload protection, operates in constant voltage and current modes, and has excellent line/load regulation. Voltage mode load/line regulation is 0.02% with less than 0.5 mVrms ripple and noise. Current mode regulation is 0.2%, 0.1% line, and less than 5 mA ripple and noise. Digital display resolution is 100 mV and 10 mA with an accuracy of less than 0.2%. The unit operates from 100, 120, 220, 230 vac with power consumption of 420 VA.
