The Model 1856C frequency counter is capable of measuring from 5 Hz to 2.4 GHz and features a special 50½-terminated input for use in with VHF, UHF, microwave, and cellular telephone systems. A standard 1 M½ input for measurements up to 100 MHz is also provided. Measurements are read on an eight-digit display with a 10 Hz resolution up to 2.4 GHz, 1 Hz resolution up to 100 MHz, and 0.1 Hz resolution up to 10 MHz.
