System Measures Low Ohms Fast

Oct. 1, 1998

Designed for fast measurements of low-ohmic resistance in automated processes, the RESISTOMAT 2329 resistance measurement system makes 50 measurements per second of 200 milliohms to 200 kiloohms. A built-in comparator provides a fast and digit-accurate evaluation of the resistance, and the system's computer interface allows it to be integrated into an automatic testing station. The internal data logger captures up to 20,000 measurements and can display minimum, maximum, average value, and standard deviation. Temperature compensation for standard material is used to indicate the actual resistance value in a controlled 20°C environment.
