With features rivaling some benchtop units, the OX 7104-CK may be the first 12-bit, four-isolated-channel 600V Cat III portable oscilloscope on the market with up to eight traces. An all-in-one unit, the hand-held instrument integrates five tools: an oscilloscope, FFT analyzer, true-RMS multimeter, harmonic analyzer, and a recorder. It provides an 8,000-count display, and the digital recorder specifies sample rates as fast as 800 µs and recording times up to one month. An automatic-measurements window displays up to 18 parameters of a signal. Measurements include ac/dc voltage, current, resistance, and temperature. The scope includes 33 specialized keys for common functions and a color touch screen LCD.
