Diode-pumped solid-state (DPSS) lasers that emit at 532 nm wavelength, the Compass 315M and 415M are ideally suited for use in markets ranging from reprographics and printing to wafer inspection and bioinstrumentation. The 315M is offered in output powers of 20, 50, 100 and 150 mW, while the 415M is a higher-power extension to the 315M and is available in 200 and 300 mW versions. Both lasers are conductive cooled, feature a TEM beam profile, and use an intra-cavity frequency doubling crystal to convert IR emissions to the green wavelength. COHERENT INC., Santa Clara, CA.
