Emitting in the 900-nm wavelength range, the company's QCW un-mounted diode laser bars deliver a peak power of 100W with a 115A-drive current. Consisting of a 90% fill-factor, the laser bars are said to be suitable for use in solid-state laser pumping applications such as Yb:sFAP and direct-diode target illumination. Operating at 100W, pulsewidth is 1,000 µs at a 1% duty cycle. Also at 100W, power conversion efficiency is 45%, spectral width is less than 3 nm FWHM, and beam convergence is less than 35û by 10û FWHM.
