Sporting a large LCD, the AccuGauge AG200 media-isolated, digital pressure gauge offers a 4 mA-to-20 mA output signal. The component exploits the company's Krystal Bond technology, allowing it to deliver reliable sensor performance with the extra benefits of a local readout. With the push of a button, it reads psi, bar, kg/cm, and ATM, plus inches H20 and Hg. Activating the test button, users can evaluate the loop current to ensure the system is set up correctly as well as to adjust the current in 2-mA increments. Selecting a pressure reference, the unit’s factory-set calibration points and/or output can be reset or adjusted with a few steps and the factory settings can be restored at any time. Other features include an operating temperature range from -10°C to +70°C, a loop-current update rate of 32 times per second, display update rate of three times per second, less than ±0.5% BFSL including non-linearity, hysteresis, and non-repeatability, a choice of pressure ranges from 0 to 50 psi to 1,000 psi, lifespan beyond 100 million pressure cycles, and the ability to withstand 5x burst pressure. Pricing begins at $325 each with quantity discounts starting at five units. AMERICAN SENSOR TECHNOLOGIES INC., Mount Olive, NJ. (973) 448-1901.
