A PC-hosted logic analyzer in a lightweight, compact package provides 34 channels with 100-MHz state and 250-MHz timing analysis and 128 ksamples of depth per channel. The LogicWave E9340A logic analyzer is a low-cost means for designers or design teams to avail themselves of the powerful capabilities of such an instrument. The unit's Windows user interface makes it easy to use all of its most commonly used features while simultaneously having data accessible on the same screen. The main screen is divided into three sections: one for management of signal/channel names, one for trigger setup, and one for display of all acquired data. The 4.5-lb. instrument measures 11.5" x 9" x 2.5". Prospective buyers can try the instrument's interface by downloading it from the firm's Website.
