Total power dissipation is only 0.385W.The F-51320 series also includes a Yellow Mode version that offers a black display on a yellow-green background. It incorporates a 28-chip yellow LED backlight and delivers a 4:5.1 contrast ratio and dissipates 1.35W max. Both versions also include mounting features and an IC that integrates on-chip controller, row-and-column driver and booster circuitry.
