Breaking new ground for memory-density of portable oscilloscopes, the 5000 Series provides 1 Mpoints of deep memory in a lightweight, portable package. Achieving acquisition rates up to 100,000 waveforms per second, the instruments employ a high-definition XGA display system, which displays signals in 256 levels of intensity grading. The scopes also integrate a full suite of connectivity including front- and rear-panel USB ports, GPIB, LAN, and XGA-out. The 100-MHZ 2-channel DSO5012A and 4-channel DSO5014A and the 300-MHz 2-channel DSO5032A and 4-channel DSO5034A provide sampling rates up to 2 Gsamples/s. With a 500-MHz bandwidth, the 2-channel DSO5052A and 4-channel DSO5052A deliver up to 4 Gsamples/s. All six models include a maximum memory of 1 Mpoints. Prices range from $4,050 to $9,995.
