Optimized for high VCEO applications, the PS2932 and PS2933 optocouplers provide VCE figures of 300V and 350V, respectively. Both devices have a voltage isolation of 2,500 VRMS, a typical CTR of 2,000%, and a maximum collector current of 60 mA. They are housed in, what is called, a mini-flat package measuring 2.5 mm x 4.8 mm and 2.1 mm in height and meets the BSI EN60950 0.4-mm insulation-thickness specification for supplemental insulation.
