Offered in black-&-white and color versions, this pair of 320 x 240 LCDs share the same type of package, connector and interface, enabling designers to easily interchange the 1/4-VGA mono and color5-1/2" displays. The LCDs have CCFL backlights and are available with touch-screen. They also use an industry-standard interface and are compatible with 8- or 16-bit embedded microcontrollers and with VGA controllers in PC environments.
