Designed to meet EMI shielding requirements, this custom display/keypad assembly includes a membrane LCD and conductive plastic bezel, rim-embossed keys for ease of operator use, metal snap domes for tactile feel, integral LEDs for operator feedback, integral flex circuits for interface to ZIF connectors, and a conductive window installed in the conductive plastic bezel. The control panel mounts to an enclosure using a die-cut EMI gasket that is designed to withstand water spray and high vibration.
