A new 10.4'' diagonal TFT transmissive LCD module is designed for flat panel display applications requiring high brightness and contrast and outstanding resolution. In fact, at 550 nits (cd/m2), the LCDÕs brightness is said to exceed that of any other standard 10.4'' TFT LCD. The graphic active-matrix display has a screen resolution of 800 x RGB x 600, a contrast ratio of 180:1, and a viewing angle of ±45¡ horizontal and+40¡/-15¡ vertical. Color depth is 6-bit with 262,144 colors.The LCD module is backlit by two CCFL tubes, dissipates 9W (includes display and lighting system), has a response time of 40 ms (typ.), and is said to support a high-quality display of moving images. It also features a special 3H-level hard coating surface treatment and an anti-glare treatment of the front polarizer. Operating temperatures range from 0¡C to 50¡C.
