Promoted as being economical, the F-51451 series 8.1" diagonal, monochrome VGA LCDs employ chip-on-glass construction and report a minimum lamp life of 50,000 hours. The modules provide a 640 x 240-dot resolution and include a high-brightness CCFL backlight. Operating and storage temperatures range from 0°C to 50°C and −20°C to +70°C, respectively. Measuring 232 mm x 97.5 mm x 10 mm and weighing 227g, the modules are available in black-on-white (P/N F-51451GNF-FW-AA) and white-on-blue (P/N F-51451GNB-FW-AB) display modes. Other features include a typical brightness of 170 nits at 5 mA and a typical contrast ratio of 15:1. Pricing for the F-51451GNF-FW-AA starts at $72 each in OEM quantities.
