The Ki-8818 is an immersible temperature data logger that can collect up to 8,000 sample readings for liquids, packages in transit or process measurements. A standalone logger, it can be programmed to log ambient temperature every one second to every two hours. It can be placed in a package or vessel, retrieved, and connected to a serial interface to upload and display data on a PC. Logging temperature range for the device is -40°C to +85°C. Over-temperature and under-temperature alarms can be set, which will cause a red LED to light if thresholds are exceeded. Complete with software, the Ki-8818 is available from stock for $199.
