The iPedal brake-testing sensor, which allegedly stands alone as the only true USB solution of its kind in the marketplace, includes a sensor and an interface with optional application software. Boasting unprecedented ease of use with a digital USB or analog 0 to 5 Vdc output, the iPedal sensors measure brake force at accuracies up to 1%. They integrate signal conditioning and communications into the sensor itself and come with a DS-3000U display and controller to provide real time readings and the ability to connect to a PC via USB uplink. Additionally, the sensors work seamlessly with LoadVUE software, which allows users to log data and export it to an Excel file. Other features include an aluminum construction, a mounting plate for attachment to a brake pedal, 300 lb. or 500 lb. capacity, and optional LoadVUE software.
