Designed for handheld electronics, the Teknet-Pulpit series of enclosures feature an inclined display area for mounting an LCD module and a recessed area for mounting a membrane keypad or product label. The cases incorporate “soft-touch” edge grips for secure and comfortable holding during use. The edge grips also provide protection for the case moldings. The cases are manufactured using dual-shot molding combining white or black ABS with soft-touch TPU elastomer in contrasting light or dark gray. Four standard models are offered, with or without a battery compartment, and with external dimensions of 6.102 by 3.779 by 1.811 in. or 6.102 by 3.779 in. by 1.968 in. The battery compartments will accept two or four AA cells or one or two 9-V cells. The top and base moldings include screw pillars for fitting PCBs and assemblies.
