ROHM’s ultra-compact BHxxRB1WGUT series of CMOS LDO regulators delivers an output current of 150 mA, an output voltage tolerance of ±1%, and a drop out voltage of just 100 mV at a 100-mA load current. The LDOs consume 34 µA and 0 µA during operation and standby, respectively. High ESD resistance (5 kV) combined with built-in overcurrent and thermal protection circuits ensure a high degree of reliability in any environment.

This series is offered in an ultra-compact 4-pin CSP package possessing high heat radiation characteristics of up to 540 mW. A number of output voltages are available including 1.5 V, 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 2.8 V, 2.9 V, 3.0 V, 3.1 V and 3.3 V. Samples of these items are available. Prices are $0.20 each for 3000-piece orders.
