Intersil’s ISL97701 combines high-current and an integrated Schottky diode and fault protection within a boost regulator for passive-matrix OLEDs. With efficiency up to 87%, the device delivers 50 mA of output current at 18 V. It can provide up to 28 V output. The output can be set by external resistors to match the needs of the application.

At 3.0 mm x 3.0 mm x 0.9 mm, the 10-lead DFN package suits portable applications. Pricing is $0.80 each in quantities of 100 to 1000.
