Intersil’s family of power-efficient operational amplifiers and comparators include rail-to-rail inputs and outputs, and feature a single-polarity supply current. This family, part of Intersil’s pinPOINT precision analog series, includes the ISL28194 that consumes 330 nA (typical), the ISL28195 high-bandwidth op amp that consumes 1 μA (typical), and the ISL28197 and ISL28196 comparators that typically consume 800 nA and 2.5 μA, respectively.

The input voltage range of the single-supply is 1.8 V to 5.5 V. The devices feature an enable/disable pin that can throttle the power consumption to 2 nA. Available now, each device is housed in a six-lead SOT-23 package. Pricing for the ISL28194 is $0.79, for the ISL28195 is $0.73, for the ISL28196 is $0.73 and for the ISL28197 is $0.73, all in 1000-piece quantities.
