A compact high-performance 8-pole brushless dc motor from Magmotor is well suited for unmanned vehicles and HEV systems, and other automation applications where high torque-to-weight ratios and efficiency are important.

A compact high-performance 8-pole brushless dc motor from Magmotor is well suited for unmanned vehicles and HEV systems, and other automation applications where high torque-to-weight ratios and efficiency are important. The motor is capable of 40% more torque than typical 4-pole servo motor configurations.

The design produces a continuous torque of 1600 oz-in, and a peak torque of 4800 oz-in. A variety of electrical and mechanical options are available including encoders, connectors, or sealed for IP65 wash down requirements. Custom mounting configurations and winding configurations are also possible.
