Vishay Intertechnology's VO14642AT 1 Form A solid-state relay offers fast switching speeds and low on resistance for a variety of industrial and test-and-measurement applications. The relay’s fast typical switching speed of 800 μ ìs provides higher throughput in test equipment. It’s low on-resistance of 0.25 Ω permits the use of multiple relays in applications that require low power consumption and heat dissipation.

The relay is rated for a maximum load current of 2 A, and a load voltage of 60 V. The device is optically isolated, and provides 5300 V of input-to-output isolation. It also offers clean, bounce-free switching, and is TTL/CMOS-compatible. Manufactured with pure tin leads, samples and production quantities of the relay are available now.
