Linear Technology’s LTC6702 is a fast, micropower dual comparator that operates down to 1.7 V and consumes less than 60 μA. Low-voltage operation is supported by the device’s input common-mode range, which extends 100 mV below ground, and the device can toggle at 3.2 MHz with a guaranteed propagation delay of less than 500 ns. The output drives ±15 mA and can drive capacitive loads up to 10,000 pF.

Input bias current is typically 1 pA, and the offset voltage is guaranteed to be less than 3.5 mV. The built-in comparator hysteresis and guaranteed specifications from –40°C to +125°C ensure reliable operation in electrically noisy and high-temperature environments. Available in a SOT-23 and 2 mm × 2 mm DFN Package, pricing is $0.96 each in 1000-piece quantities.
