Linear Technology’s LTC3602 is a 3-MHz synchronous buck regulator that uses constant-frequency, current-mode control to deliver up to 2.5 A continuous at voltages as low as 0.6 V from a 4-mm x 4-mm QFN or TSSOP-16.

Features: internal switches with RDS(ON) of only 65 mΩ and 90 mΩ, a user programmable 300-kHz to 3-MHz switching frequency, 99% maximum duty cycle, 0.6V ±1% reference, adjustable burst-mode threshold, external synchronization capability, power good output voltage monitor, and overtemperature protection; the regulator can be configured to run in forced continuous operation to reduce noise and potential RFI
