Offered in a 1-mm2 wafer-level chipscale package, Austria Microsystems’ AS1369 is a 200-mA ultra-low dropout regulator that has been specifically designed for space-critical applications such as mobile phones and PDAs.

Device type: 200-mA ultra low dropout regulator
Input voltage range: 2 V to 5.5 V
Output voltage range: pre-programmed output voltages from 1.2 V
to 5.0 V.
Quiescent Current: only 25 μA during operation, l5 nA during shutdown,
Features: output voltage is regulated with an accuracy of 0.7%, a dropout voltage of 40mV at 100 mA , 80 mV at 200 mA; a digital enable input with a turn-on time of only 30 μs allows dynamic power management in a system; overtemperature and overcurrent protection; allows use of a 1-μF ceramic output capacitor and features a PSRR performance of 80 dB at 1 kHz and 56 dB at 100 kHz; no external bypass capacitor is needed; noise performance is only 30 μVrms between 400 Hz and 80 kHz
Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C
Packaging: 4-bump, 1mm² WL-CSP package
