A family of high-speed digital CMOS optocouplers from Avago Technologies operate from +3.3-V and +5-V supply voltages at a minimum speed of 15 Mbaud, while also operating over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +105°C.

Device type: 15-Mbaud, single (ACPL-071L/M75L) and dual-channel (ACPL 074L) digital CMOS optocouplers
Supply voltage: +3.3 V and +5 V
Features: ability to withstand harsh industrial environments; feature similar to undervoltage lock-out prevents any output disruption in case of power supply loss or recovery; compliance with IEC/EN/DIN EN 60747-5-2, UL1577 and CSA standards for reinforced insulation; low forward current of 4 mA min (ACPL-M75L)
Operating temperature range: -40°C to +105°C
Packaging: SO-5 and SO-8
Target applications: industrial and consumer applications, such as plasma display panels, power supply and digital field bus isolation
Pricing: In quantities of 10,000, unit pricing begins at $1.56 for the ACPL-071L, $2.88 for the ACPL-074L, and $1.50 for the ACPL-M75L.
