Designed for use in double-balanced mixers requiring higher compression points and better intermodulation performance than four-diode ring quads provide, the Octo-Quad Schottky diodes are available in low-barrier (SMS3938-026), medium-barrier (SMS3939-026) and high-barrier (SMS3940-026) designs packaged in industry-standard SOT-143s. Quad configurations are intended for use in low-noise-figure, wide-dynamic-range, double-balanced mixers and modulators in high-volume wireless applications.
