Promising the best compromise between quiescent current and performance, the AS1352 quad, one-time programmable, CMOS low dropout (LDO) regulator allows users to program output voltage for each regulator on-site over a range from 1.8V to 3.3V in steps

Promising the best compromise between quiescent current and performance, the AS1352 quad, one-time programmable, CMOS low dropout (LDO) regulator allows users to program output voltage for each regulator on-site over a range from 1.8V to 3.3V in steps of 100 mV. The device offers a better than ±2% accuracy and output currents of 200 mA for each LDO. Stability is guaranteed with ceramic output capacitors of 1 µF (±20%, X5R) up to 4.7 µF (±20%, X5R). The device is available in 4 mm x 4 mm, 12-pin QFN or wafer-bumping packages. AUSTRIAMICROSYSTEMS USA INC., Raleigh, NC. (919) 676-5292.
