Lower power dissipation and longer battery life in load management applications are just a few of the features of the IRF7210, a small-outline power MOSFET that claims on-resistance records for a P-channel device in the SO-8 outline. The device has a BVDSS rating of -12V, with an on-resistance of 7 milliohms. It is developed for mobile phone applications.
