A broad line of radiation-tolerant voltage regulators, rectifiers and schottky diodes offer radiation ratings up to 300 krads with low dropout regulator total dose radiation ratings extending to 100 krads. The regulators come in a wide range of packages with current ranges from 1.5 to 7A. Rectifiers and Schottky diodes range from 50 to 600V and 16 to 25A. All parts in the line are available in three screening levels: unscreened for prototyping, class B, and class S.
