Ready for consumer handhelds requiring long battery run times, the 2 mm x 2 mm MIC5253 low-dropout regulator specifies a typical low-dropout voltage of 165 mV at 100 mA. The device exhibits a ground current of less than 95 µA at 100 mA and a power supply rejection ratio beyond 70 dB at 1 kHz.
