Three new series have been added to the company's SuperSOT4 family of ultra-low saturation transistors. The ZXT12 series provides two chips of the same type in a MSOP8 package with individual pin outs. Saturation voltages are as low as 65 mA at a collector current of 1A and a base current of 10 mA. Two NPN and three PNP types have voltage ratings between 12V and 50V. The ZXT13 series of SuperSOT4 devices is claimed to reduce saturation voltage by 5% compared to similar devices. And the ZXT14 series comes in an MSOP8 package, allowing for a larger silicon area. Saturation voltages are as low as 30 mV at a collector current of 1A and a base current of 10 mA.
