The REF31xx family of series-mode voltage references offers low drift of 15 ppm/°C maximum and high accuracy of 0.2% in an SOT23-3 package. The devices draw just 100 µA typical and offer output voltages of 1.25, 2.048, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, and...

The REF31xx family of series-mode voltage references offers low drift of 15 ppm/°C maximum and high accuracy of 0.2% in an SOT23-3 package. The devices draw just 100 µA typical and offer output voltages of 1.25, 2.048, 2.5, 3.0, 3.3, and 4.096 V. They sink and source output currents up to 10 mA and provide a broad supply range of up to 5.5 V for low-voltage portable applications. Prices start at $1.10 each in lots of 1000.
