Pin-to-pin compatibility and functional equivalency for both 600V and 1200V ratings is promised by a series of half-bridge and three-phase gate driver ICs. The devices enable the same basic circuit design and layout to be reused for 115 vac, 230 vac and 460 vac inputs by simply substituting the proper ICs. The 1200V IR2213 is pin-to-pin and functionally equivalent to the firm's 600V IR2113. For three-phase applications, the 1200V IR2233 matches the pin-out of the earlier IR2130 and IR2132 devices. Also, the 20V IR1210 integrates dual low-side gate drivers with the same rugged gate-drive output as the IR2113.
